Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a plastic injection molding and assembly environment
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure proper understanding of procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve any production issues
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, preferably plastic injection molding and assembly
- Proficient in basic math calculations and the use of measuring tools such as calipers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques to ensure product conformity
